TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I understand that my role will be that of advisor and coordinator. You will make the actual selections of service providers and I will implement those selections.
You will make payments directly to the service providers/vendors and not to me. I do not accept any commissions from recommended vendors and cannot guarantee any service providers performance or product.
It is your responsibility to provide me with contact names, telephone numbers and any scheduled timetables for all service providers involved in the event that have been organised by you no later than 21 days prior to the event.
It is also your responsibility to notify me of any changes in a timely manner. I shall not be held liable for any changes made by you or your selected providers.
My administration fee includes booking the agreed venue for your event. My fee to change the date of the event is an additional 200€. If you make changes to the event that incurs my extra time and work this will be charged at the 20€ per hour. This amount is payable 60 days before the event and will be invoiced separately.
There may be occasions when it is necessary for venues to withdraw certain services and facilities at short notice. Should a supplier cancel due to circumstances beyond their control I will endeavour to provide an alternative supplier at the best possible price. Any additional costs are not my responsibility.
I will use my professional judgement when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, non-performance, etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or your wishes.
Cancellation and amendment changes are payable as per the suppliers policies. Should the booking be cancelled in any way, any additional charges are at the discretion of the 3rdparty.
You may cancel this agreement in writing for any reason. Cancellation of the event must be made in writing at least 60 days before the event. All refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused fees and out of pocket expenses. If you cancel less than 60 days before the event except for the death of your immediate family there will be no refunds.
If an act of God such as Fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity shall cause you to cancel your event. Refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused fees and out of pocket expenses.
Every effort is made to make sure that all information provided from the 3rdparty suppliers is accurate. However information supplied may include inaccuracies or typo graphical errors.
Changes are periodically made to the site and the information herein, and I and my suppliers may make changes and/or improvements to the information I provide at any time.
I may provide links to 3rdparties. I do not control such websites and are not responsible for their content.
Any information that you provide me, such as your name, email address, payment details, telephone numbers etc. shall remain strictly confident and will not be passed onto 3rdparties, except with your permission in order to book part of your celebration.
Each venue that I work with ill have different and specific terms and conditions. Please do not hesitate to contact me for more information if you have doubts in this respect.
I am not responsible for any room reservations for you or your guests. All accommodation is to be arranged with the individual reservations departments directly.
Every effort has been made to ensure that your celebration lives up to your expectations. If however you have any cause for complaint we are anxious that remedial action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact me in Spain immediately if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. If you feel that your problem was not resolved to your satisfaction then you must write within 7 days of your event putting your complaint in writing to me. Complaints that are not reported at the time of the event cannot be raised after the event.
The contract between us is subject to Spanish law.
I reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything contained within these booking conditions.
I will be at the event for a minimum of 3 hours as previously agreed. Extra hours are charged at 50€ per hour.
My role includes; Consultations with you via telephone/email, assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed, discussions of them, colour, style and design, Research of service providers to suit your event style and guidance in making the final selections, development of a timeline and checklist, follow-up to service providers, onsite coordination and supervision during the 3 hours and up to 5 hours on the day of the event.
To confirm my services a 500€ non-refundable administration deposit is due upon making the booking for your event through me with receipt of the signed letter of agreement. 50% of the outstanding administration fee is due 26 weeks before the event and 100% of the outstanding administration fee is due 60 days before the event.
This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required by the letter of agreement.
