It is not possible for non-residents and foreigners to legally marry in Spain. (unless in a Catholic church). I recommend that you have a legal wedding in your home country or Gibraltar. Then have your personalised ceremony of love here in Benalmádena with your family and friends.

 

Typically weddings in Spain start 5pm, 6pm or 7pm. Most venues finish at Midnight, Some venues do not permit music or entertainment.

I recommend that you obtain wedding/celebration event insurance.
